cip001 PROPOSAL and voting

we are going to host a vote on snapshot (copr.eth),
there are two proposals
1、the only difference is proposal hope provide 10% trading fee for bopr buy back and the other proposal suggest bopr/cusd,bopr/usdt lp pledging share the trading fee with copr/cusd，copr/usdt/bnb/cake/busd.


the voting will list on snapshot asap once the proposal avaible on https://snapshot.org/#/

you can search copr.eth and wih "network" options.

the proposal will submit within 24 hours .
