double delivery of tokens but not showing on website

I found a bug related to sending tokens, it was sent here 4 times but when I checked on the website the token was not there. then sometimes I have difficulty accessing the COPR website, using the website without using a VPN doesn't work, hope this is fixed for convenience and security in transactions.
